The 18th Edition Wiring Regulations are the British Standard (BS7671) to which all commercial, domestic and industrial electrical installation works must comply.

The latest edition of the regulations is the "Requirements for Electrical Installations: BS 7671:2018 - the Blue Book.

This qualification covers the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations, ensuring that you are up to date with the latest industry requirements for electrical installations and wiring systems. In order to become a qualified electrician you must gain this qualification.

The 18th edition exam is a 2 hour 60 question online exam. In order to pass you will need to have about 60% of the questions right. This means you have 2 minutes for each question which should be just enough to understand the question and locate the correct answer in the I.E.E. Wiring Regulations book.

Don`t forget, even if this is an open book exam (which means that you can use the book on the exam) you will still have to know the book well enough in order to find the answer quickly enough. The book is not a typical book for students, it is a British Standard, so you will have to be very familiar with the way it is structured in order to use it fast enough.

The Access to higher Education Diploma: Nursing, comprises different subjects, most of them in Level 3. This course has been delivered in 3 full days about 15 hours per week. in the present academic year (2020/2021) we have two groups; Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays Group A, called Emerald Group and Sapphire Group B on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

This unit introduces you to standard laboratory equipment and techniques, including titration,
colorimetry, calorimetry, chromatography, calibration procedures and laboratory safety. Through
the practical tasks in the unit, you will develop proficiency in the quantitative analytical techniques
of titration and colorimetry, including learning to calculate the concentration of solutions. You will
use measurement of temperature to study cooling curves and be introduced to paper and thin-layer
chromatography (TLC). You will also have the opportunity to calibrate equipment and will be
encouraged to be aware of the safety aspects of given laboratory procedures and techniques.
