I can't login to Moodle

Your Moodle login details are the same as your college login details.

Check that you can login to the college network.
If you can't login to the college network then please contact IT

Courses I teach on are not shown on my Moodle homepage

You are automatically assigned to your courses by the Timetabling system.

It takes up to 24 hours for any changes to propagate from the Timetables to Moodle, so if you have only activated your college login today or only been assigned to your registers today, check again tomorrow.

If your courses are still not showing, check with your department support staff that you are timetabled correctly.

Students do not show up on my Moodle course but they are enrolled on the college course

Only enrolled students will be shown on or have access to your Moodle course.

Students must have activated their student login to have a Moodle account and appear as participants on your course. It will take up to 24 hours after account registration before a student will be listed on your course.

My Moodle home page shows all courses - not just the ones I teach on
Department Heads, Curriculum Managers and some Support Staff are assigned to all courses in their department.
Please use the Course Finder search box on the homepage to locate a specific course
